Key Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Social Work
• Current Michigan license as a Social Worker
• Proven experience supporting K-12 students within a school environment
• Strong skills in clinical assessment and targeted interventions

• Comfort collaborating closely within multidisciplinary educational teams

What You’ll Do:

• Serve as a trusted resource for both general education and special education students
• Take on the role of 504 Plan Coordinator, ensuring students receive appropriate supports
• Provide individualized and group social-emotional support to address diverse student needs
• Develop and implement behavior intervention strategies in collaboration with staff and families
• Foster positive relationships with students, families, educators, and school administrators
• Maintain thorough and timely documentation in alignment with school policies and compliance requirements
