School-Based Social Worker | Eden Prairie, Minnesota

Make an important impact supporting students, staff, and families by providing key social work services for the 2026-2027 academic year. Two talented Social Workers are needed for contract positions working on-site in a dynamic educational environment near Eden Prairie, MN. You’ll collaborate closely with educators, administration, and other mental health professionals, making a difference in students’ daily lives.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Current and valid state licensure/certification as a Social Worker
• Experience in a school-based setting highly desirable
• Ability to connect with and support students across diverse backgrounds
• Strong collaborative skills and a team-oriented approach
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities
• Flexibility to adjust to changing caseload assignments post-interview
• No educator credential needed

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct support for students facing academic, behavioral, or social-emotional challenges
• Work in partnership with school staff to develop and implement intervention plans
• Facilitate small group and individual counseling sessions
• Liaise with families, outside agencies, and community resources as needed
• Maintain timely and accurate case notes and reports
• Participate in professional meetings and team planning sessions
• Uphold best practices for student confidentiality and well-being
