• Current licensure as a School Social Worker in Minnesota
• Experience working within school settings supporting students’ social, emotional, and behavioral needs
• Strong collaborative skills with teachers, administrators, and families
• Ability to assess, develop, and implement individualized support plans
• Knowledge of community resources and ability to make appropriate referrals
• Excellent communication, organization, and documentation skills

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct and indirect services to students in need of social, emotional, and behavioral support
• Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to develop and monitor student intervention plans
• Serve as a liaison between home, school, and community resources
• Support students in crisis or those struggling with attendance, behavioral concerns, or family challenges
• Conduct assessments and maintain required records, progress notes, and documentation
• Deliver individual and group counseling sessions, as appropriate
• Participate in Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings and maintain compliance with relevant regulations
• Engage in prevention programs and support a positive school climate
