What We’re Looking For:

• Current LMSW licensure; interest in supervision for LCSW advancement welcomed
• Experience working in schools as a Social Worker
• Strong skills in individual and group counseling with youth
• Ability to deliver targeted lessons and interventions based on student data
• Effective communicator and team collaborator
• Adaptability to meet diverse student needs within groups or individually

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide proactive support to grade-level or small groups of students, tailoring support based on observed or reported needs
• Deliver direct instruction to groups or individuals as determined by data and staff collaboration
• Implement both individual and group counseling sessions
• Offer crisis intervention and responsive emotional support as needed
• Collaborate closely with staff to identify students requiring additional attention
• Maintain records and document interventions in alignment with school protocols

Work Schedule & Assignment Details:

• 35 hours per week, contract role
• Start as soon as possible and continue through May 28th, 2027
• Based at a local elementary school, fostering strong connections and consistent support
