In this contracted, full-time, onsite role, you’ll work closely with a caseload of 35 students, supporting their social, emotional, and academic growth. Key Qualifications:

  • Professional Educator License (PEL) with School Social Worker endorsement required
  • Experience working in a school setting with students in grades 6–8
  • Strong communication and consultation skills
  • Familiarity with IEP processes and documentation
  • Ability to build rapport with students, families, and staff
  • Demonstrated organizational and time-management abilities

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct and consultative social work services to students
  • Gather and maintain data for progress monitoring and reporting
  • Complete IEP paperwork for annual, initial, and reevaluation meetings
  • Advocate for student needs within multidisciplinary teams
  • Collaborate with teachers, counselors, and administrators to develop student support strategies
