Elementary Licensed Social Worker in Evergreen, CO

In this contract role, you’ll collaborate with educators, families, administrators, and community partners to promote the social, emotional, and academic well-being of elementary and middle school students.

Key Qualifications & Experience:

• Active state licensure as a School Social Worker (required)
• Experience working in elementary or middle school settings
• Certification in School Social Work or related field
• Strong communication and advocacy skills
• Compassionate approach to supporting students and families
• Familiarity with relevant school laws, regulations, and best practices

Primary Responsibilities:

• Assess student needs and deliver individualized or group counseling services
• Work closely with teachers and staff to identify students who may benefit from support
• Develop and implement intervention strategies to bridge gaps in behavior or academics
• Facilitate connections between families and community resources
• Maintain accurate case documentation and comply with all confidentiality standards
• Contribute to multidisciplinary team meetings and IEP/504 planning as needed
• Educate staff and students on social-emotional wellness topics
