Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW) or Counseling from an accredited program
- Full State of Michigan licensure (LMSW or LPC); limited license (LLMSW/LLPC) considered with intent to obtain full credentials
- Prior school or agency-based social work/counseling experience preferred
- Experience with collaborative teams highly valued
- Comfortable with onsite work throughout a K-12 caseload
- Must provide valid LARA license, MDE SW Approval, and official university transcripts
Responsibilities:
- Evaluate and recommend data collection methods, interventions, and strategies for students and teams
- Design, implement, and monitor tiered interventions; consult with teachers and manage cases
- Attend and contribute to MTSS and student support meetings, as well as parent conferences
- Deliver data-driven intervention strategies and behavior management for identified students
- Maintain current, accurate documentation and coordinate services for families
