This position places you on-site with a dynamic educational community, serving one or more schools where your expertise will directly impact students in special education settings. Your caseload and specific schools will be determined based on your experience and availability, offering variety and professional growth.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Active Missouri LCSW required
• Prior experience as a school social worker preferred
• Experience supporting SPED populations highly valued
• Ability to adapt quickly to new environments and varying caseloads
• Comfortable with compliance requirements, including technology forms and fingerprinting (including TCN number submission)

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver individual and group counseling to students in need
• Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to design effective interventions
• Support IEP development and implementation for special education students
• Address social-emotional, behavioral, and crisis situations as they arise
• Document services and communicate findings professionally and confidentially
