This full-time, onsite contract position runs through the 2026-2027 school year and offers the opportunity to serve a diverse caseload of approximately 45 students across two buildings. Your expertise and compassionate approach will be vital in shaping educational journeys and promoting student well-being.

Key Qualifications:

• Must hold a valid CDE license or be eligible and prepared to apply for one
• Previous experience working in a school-based setting preferred
• Background supporting K-12 students with a wide range of abilities and needs
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
• Ability to adapt interventions to engage students individually, respecting diversity and fostering growth

Role Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement services tailored to students’ individual needs and academic goals
• Engage and support students by adapting strategies to foster critical-thinking, problem-solving, and self-advocacy skills
• Regularly collaborate with educational staff to ensure consistent support for students
• Maintain student supervision at all times, consistently ensuring safety and compliance with policy
• Uphold school guidelines and policies related to the health, welfare, and educational progress of all students
• Provide regular updates and documentation on progress towards goals and student outcomes
