You’ll work a consistent, balanced schedule: Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays from 8:30 AM to 1:00 PM, with Tuesdays and Thursdays from 10:00 AM to 2:30 PM. While the role begins part-time, you may have the opportunity to expand to full-time hours as student needs evolve.
Ideal candidates will bring:
- Current Pennsylvania Department of Education (PDE) certification
- Full credentials as a School Counselor, School Social Worker, or Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC)
- Prior experience providing counseling or social work services within school settings
- Outstanding communication, rapport-building, and problem-solving abilities
- A collaborative approach and commitment to trauma-informed, student-centered care
