Key Qualifications:

Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct social work services to students on a diverse caseload (caseload details will be gathered prior to assignment)
  • Conduct assessments and develop intervention strategies tailored to individual student needs
  • Collaborate with teachers, counselors, and parents to support academic and behavioral success
  • Facilitate small group or individual counseling sessions addressing social, emotional, and behavioral issues
  • Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to develop and monitor IEPs, 504s, and intervention plans
  • Connect families to relevant community resources as needed
  • Maintain timely and accurate student documentation and reports
