Key Qualifications:
- Active Colorado Social Worker License required
- Previous experience working in school settings is highly valued

Responsibilities:
- Provide direct social work services to students on a diverse caseload (caseload details will be gathered prior to assignment)
- Conduct assessments and develop intervention strategies tailored to individual student needs
- Collaborate with teachers, counselors, and parents to support academic and behavioral success
- Facilitate small group or individual counseling sessions addressing social, emotional, and behavioral issues
- Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to develop and monitor IEPs, 504s, and intervention plans
- Connect families to relevant community resources as needed
- Maintain timely and accurate student documentation and reports
