Schedule:
Student Hours: 8:30 AM – 2:30 PM
Staff Hours: 8:00 AM – 2:55 PM
Key Responsibilities
Conduct a comprehensive initial bilingual (Spanish) social work evaluation
Gather and interpret data to support eligibility and student service recommendations
Collaborate with Child Study Team members and district staff
Ensure all evaluation components meet New Jersey special education standards
Complete and submit a detailed report by the required deadline
Maintain professional documentation aligned with CST and district expectations
Required Qualifications
Active New Jersey School Social Worker certification/license
Fluency in Spanish (bilingual required)
Experience conducting school-based evaluations, especially at the preschool level
Strong understanding of Child Study Team processes and timelines
Ability to work independently while coordinating with a multidisciplinary team
Compensation
Flat rate of $535 per completed bilingual evaluation
Clearly defined scope (initial evaluation only)
