Position: We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated School Social Worker to join a supportive school district in Northern Illinois for the 2026–2027 school year. This full-time, onsite position serves an elementary (K-3) caseload, providing social-emotional support, behavioral interventions, crisis response, and consultation with educators and families. The ideal candidate is passionate about helping young learners succeed while collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to create positive student outcomes.

Qualifications:

• Master's Degree in Social Work.
• Illinois Professional Educator License (PEL) with School Social Worker endorsement or eligibility to obtain.
• Experience working with elementary-aged students preferred.
• Strong knowledge of IEP processes, behavioral interventions, and social-emotional learning.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
