Key Qualifications:

Core Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct social work services to students across special education and general education caseloads
- Conduct assessments and develop intervention plans tailored to student needs
- Work closely with teachers and staff to address behavioral or academic concerns
- Collaborate with parents and guardians to provide family-centered support and community resource referrals
- Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings, contributing social-emotional insights for IEPs and 504 plans
- Support crisis intervention and prevention initiatives within the school community
- Maintain detailed records and comply with all state and federal guidelines
