Position: We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate School Social Worker to support the social-emotional needs of high school students for the upcoming school year. The ideal candidate will provide social work services to general education and 504 students, collaborate with school teams, and help connect students and families with appropriate resources. This position offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact by supporting student success through strong communication, collaboration, and community partnerships.

Responsibilities include:

• Provide social work support for 504 and general education students
• Participate in 504 team meetings
• Coordinate SEL screener information for all students
• Support students’ social-emotional needs and overall well-being
• Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and support staff
• Partner with outside agencies to help meet student needs

Qualifications:

• Experience working with high school students preferred
• SEL coordination experience preferred
• Strong collaboration and communication skills
• Experience partnering with outside agencies preferred
