As you support high school students in grades 9–12, you will become part of a collaborative team, working together to offer students critical social/emotional development and community support. This position provides valuable exposure to diverse workplace practices, leadership styles, and the opportunity to expand your resume through hands-on roles in SEL coordination, collaborative team processes, and agency partnerships.

Desired Qualifications:

• Current experience supporting high school populations
• Proficiency in coordinating SEL screeners and interventions
• Demonstrated skill in effective communication and collaboration
• History of partnering with outside support agencies
• Licensed or certified as a School Social Worker

Key Responsibilities:

• Address the social work needs of 504 and general education students
• Actively participate in 504 plan meetings
• Coordinate and monitor SEL screener data for all students
• Liaise and collaborate with external agencies to provide comprehensive student support
• Foster positive, productive relationships among staff, students, and families
