What We’re Looking For:

• Active Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) credentials—preference for those with California school credentialing
• Previous experience as a school-based social worker or in a related social work discipline
• Solid understanding of child development, special education, crisis intervention, and relevant state/federal regulations
• Ability to collaborate with educators, families, and community partners
• Strong communication, advocacy, and organizational skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct and indirect social work services to students in need
• Conduct behavioral and psychosocial assessments, create intervention plans
• Support students’ social and emotional well-being—individually and in groups
• Serve as a resource to teachers and families on social-emotional concerns
• Collaborate on student intervention teams and IEP meetings as needed
• Coordinate referrals to community resources for additional support
