Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as a direct social worker covering maternity or possible medical leave
• Support students at Apollo Early Childhood Center (0.6 FTE) working with GSRP and students requiring additional supports
• Provide services at Country Oaks Elementary School (0.4 FTE)
• Collaborate with educators, families, and other specialists on interventions and student plans
• Deliver individual or group counseling and facilitate student support initiatives
• Document interventions and adhere to confidentiality protocol
