School-Based Social Worker - Hillsdale, Michigan

What we’re looking for:

• Valid Michigan Social Worker license
• Experience supporting children and adolescents in school settings
• Proficiency in implementing individualized support plans and interventions
• Strong communication, consultation, and collaboration skills
• Ability to adapt to diverse student populations
• Flexibility regarding caseload; preferences will be discussed during the interview

Key responsibilities:

• Provide counseling and support services to students facing challenges
