Desired Qualifications:

  • Must have a current Professional Educator License (PEL)
  • Experience working as a School Social Worker at the high school level
  • Ability to adapt to new environments quickly and communicate effectively with students and staff
  • Strong commitment to supporting student well-being and success

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the social and emotional needs of high school students
  • Provide direct and indirect services including counseling, crisis intervention, and advocacy
  • Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to foster a positive school environment
  • Maintain documentation and participate in meetings as required by school protocols
  • Work Monday through Friday, from 7:45 AM–3:15 PM (50-minute unpaid lunch), during the leave coverage from 8/10–9/18/26
