This full-time, contract position offers the opportunity to collaborate with dedicated staff and make a meaningful impact as a key member of both the PBIS (Positive Behavioral Interventions and Supports) and MTSS (Multi-Tiered System of Supports) teams.

Key Qualifications:

• Active School Social Worker Certification in Michigan
• Valid Michigan Social Worker license
• Prior experience supporting high school students preferred
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work collaboratively within multi-disciplinary teams
• Knowledge of PBIS and MTSS frameworks is highly valued

Primary Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct and indirect social work services to high school students
• Participate as a contributing member of the PBIS and MTSS teams to promote positive school climate and support academic and behavioral growth
• Conduct assessments to identify students’ needs and develop targeted intervention strategies
• Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to support students’ emotional, social, and academic well-being
• Provide crisis intervention, individual/group counseling, and preventative services as needed
• Assist with implementing school-wide initiatives to foster student engagement and resilience
• Maintain accurate documentation and adhere to ethical, legal, and professional standards
