Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct and indirect social work services to students in PreK-12th grade
• Support diverse caseloads, traveling between sites as needed
• Attend IEP meetings to advocate for student needs and provide progress updates
• Collaborate with educational staff, families, and community partners to enhance student support systems
• Develop and implement interventions and support plans to promote student well-being

Qualifications:

• Valid Michigan School Social Worker certification
• Active Michigan Social Worker license
• Previous experience working with school-aged children is strongly desired
• Strong communication, organizational, and advocacy skills
• Commitment to fostering a supportive and inclusive educational environment

In addition to making a significant difference in students’ lives, eligible candidates will have the opportunity to receive compensation ranging from $45/hr to $55/hr, dependent on experience and qualifications.
