What you’ll need:
- Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish
- Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW) required
- Previous experience with Medicaid billing processes a plus
- Strong background supporting K-8 students, families, and educators
- Commitment to full-time, 40 hours/week; willing to stay until 6:30 PM for twice-monthly conferences
- Desire to serve the communities around Immokalee, Lehigh, and Ft. Myers
What you’ll do:
- Serve a K-8 caseload, focusing on meaningful social-emotional support
- Conduct evaluations, complete Medicaid billing, and link families with resources
- Engage closely with families and staff during parent/teacher conferences
- Play a central role in supporting academic, emotional, and community wellness initiatives
