School Social Worker - Kingston, PA

We are seeking a dedicated and qualified School Social worker to join a supportive educational team with a local school in the Kingston, PA area for the 2026-2027 school year. This full-time position offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on students’ success through assessment, consultation, and with the collaboration of educators, families, and support staff.

Position Details:
· Schedule: Full-Time, 32.5 hours per week
· Workdays: Monday-Friday
· Caseload: K-12
· Start/end date: As soon as possible until June 10, 2027
· Split between two locations

Key Responsibilities:
· Provide individual and group counseling services
· Conduct social, emotional, and behavioral assessments
· Consult and collaborate with teachers, counselors, and administrators to create effective interventions and behavioral strategies
· Assist with crisis intervention and conflict resolution when needed
· Promote safe, inclusive, and supportive learning environments for students

Qualifications and Experience:
· Valid School Social Worker License
· PA DOE 
• Skilled in crisis intervention, consultation, and effective communication with students, parents, and staff
· Efficient in documenting evaluations, reports, and managing paperwork

Compensation for this role can be between $40 and $47. Compensation is based on experience and location.
