Key Qualifications:

• Master’s degree required; candidates without a master’s will not be considered.
• Must hold a current LARA license in the state of Michigan (counseling, social work, or psychology).
• Recognized credentials may include: LMSW, LLMSW (with supervision), LPC, LLPC (with supervision), MDE-credentialed school psychologist, or school counselor (various licenses/endorsements considered).
• Experience providing individual and group counseling to youth, preferably in a school environment.
• Demonstrated familiarity with SOAP note documentation and proficiency utilizing Google applications.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for working with students and staff.
• Flexibility to support classroom and building-wide professional learning and positive behavior initiatives.
