A Michigan school district is seeking an experienced School Social Worker to support students through the remainder of the 2026/2027 school year. This position provides intervention services to students with special education needs in individual and group settings.

Position Details:

ASAP start through June 11, 2027
Full-time schedule
35 hours per week
On-site preferred
Special education-focused position
Small and moderate group intervention support
1:1 student support
Elementary caseload currently available
K–6, middle school, and 7–12 placements may be available
Candidates can indicate their preferred grade level
VOCO may be considered for strong, experienced candidates

Requirements:

Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited college or university
Fully licensed Social Worker or MSW Limited License
PSSWC, PSWC, or SSWP credential
Active LARA license required
