What you’ll bring:

  • Current New Mexico PED certification as a School Social Worker
  • Active New Mexico License as a Social Worker
  • Ability to manage a caseload of approximately 25 students across two sites
  • Passion and skill for providing direct social work and behavioral support in schools

Key responsibilities:

  • Deliver social-emotional and behavioral interventions for students
  • Guide and support students’ social-emotional development and positive behaviors
  • Take part in IEP meetings and collaborate with multidisciplinary educational teams
  • Maintain accurate documentation, case management, and stay in compliance
  • Partner effectively with staff, families, and community providers
