We are in search of a qualified and dedicated School Social Worker to join a school near the Ledyard, CT area. This full-time positions entails working a supportive staff and offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on students' lives.
Position Details:
• Fulltime: 35-40 hours, guaranteed, per week
• Start-date: as soon as possible
• End-date: June 11, 2027
Key responsibilities:
• Provide individual/group therapy
• Understand and help implement IEPs, 504s, or anything students require
• Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to contribute the development of student eligibility for individualized services
• Promote a safe, inclusive, and supportive environment
Requirements and Experience:
• Must have School Social Worker certification
• MSW, LMSW, or LCSW licensing
• School-based or pediatric experience
