Position Highlights:

• Full-time schedule from 8:00 am to 2:30 pm, allowing for work-life balance
• Contract dates: August 7, 2026, through October 26, 2026
• Manage a caseload of approximately 40 students, offering targeted support
• Provide direct services by meeting student IEP minutes and ensuring compliance
• Contribute to the social, emotional, and behavioral well-being of students
• Work alongside a team of educators and related service professionals

Desired Experience & Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution
• Valid state licensure or certification as a School Social Worker
• School-based experience strongly preferred
• Understanding of IEP processes and experience providing services to students with diverse needs
• Excellent communication, organization, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to build rapport with students, staff, and families

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver individual and group counseling as outlined in students’ IEPs
• Consult with teachers, administrators, and families to support student development
• Maintain accurate documentation of services and progress
• Assist in crisis intervention and prevention programs as needed
