Core Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate group and individual interventions focusing on social, behavioral, and emotional skills
  • Conduct assessments and document progress for case management and reporting
  • Communicate regularly with families to ensure consistent, holistic care and support
  • Serve as an advocate, guiding children and families to community resources as appropriate
