Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct individual and group counseling sessions addressing emotional, behavioral, and academic issues
• Collaborate with educators, administrators, and parents to develop intervention plans
• Provide crisis intervention and support for students in need
• Connect families with appropriate community resources and external agencies
• Maintain accurate documentation of services and student progress
• Participate in IEP/504 meetings and contribute to the development of student plans
• Promote social-emotional learning and contribute to anti-bullying and positive behavior initiatives
