Title: School Social Worker – Full-Time District-Wide Position

Near: Manchester, MI

Job Type: Contract, Full-Time

Overview: Soliant Education is seeking a dedicated School Social Worker to join our team for the 2026/2027 school year. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced professional to support both general education and special education students across a district-wide caseload. The selected candidate will travel between school sites located within close proximity while collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to promote student success. Requirements:

Active State School Social Worker License or Certification required
Previous school-based experience preferred
Strong communication and collaboration skills
Ability to support students across PreK–12 populations
Ability to travel between district school sites
Onsite

Responsibilities:

Provide social-emotional support services to general education and special education students
Conduct student assessments and develop intervention strategies
Collaborate with teachers, administrators, families, and related service providers
Participate in IEP and multidisciplinary team meetings
Connect students and families with school and community resources

Interview Process:

(10-15) minute screening call with a Soliant Education Recruiter
(20-30) minute virtual interview directly with the school district
Offer is typically within 24 hours of the virtual interview.
