Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work (required)
• Master’s Degree in Social Work (preferred)
• Valid School Social Worker PEL certification (required)

Responsibilities:

• Provide individual and group counseling to students facing academic, behavioral, or social-emotional challenges
• Work directly with teachers, staff, and parents to address student needs and develop intervention plans
• Support crisis intervention and case management within the school community
• Participate in multidisciplinary meetings and contribute to the development of IEPs and 504 plans
• Deliver social-emotional learning programs and promote a positive school culture
• Maintain accurate documentation, reports, and records in accordance with school policies and confidentiality guidelines
