Responsibilities

• Provide individual and group counseling to students.
• Conduct social and behavioral assessments.
• Collaborate with teachers, administrators, families, and community agencies to support student success.
• Participate in IEP and multidisciplinary team meetings.
• Develop intervention plans and connect families with community resources.
• Assist with crisis intervention and behavior support.
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with state and federal regulations.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Social Work (MSW).
• Active Michigan School Social Worker credential or appropriate Michigan licensure.
• Previous school-based experience preferred.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills.
