As a key team member, you’ll:

Qualifications & Desired Experience:

• Hold a valid 310 School Social Worker certification
• Possess prior experience working with school-age children or adolescents, preferably in educational settings
• Demonstrate strong communication and collaboration skills with families, staff, and students
• Familiarity with virtual service delivery platforms (preferred, but not required)
• Thrive in a flexible, adaptable work environment

Core Responsibilities:

• Deliver social work services to a small group of students in center-based settings, focused on academic, behavioral, and emotional support
• Collaborate with educational staff, administrators, and families to develop and implement individualized plans
• Conduct assessments, provide crisis intervention, and support students' social/emotional needs
• Maintain detailed documentation and participate in team meetings as required
• Work approximately 20–25 hours per week over 2–3 days; days and scheduling are adaptable to your availability
