Qualifications & Desired Experience:

- Facilitate family meetings and serve as a resource to connect families with community services
- Participate in IEP and 504 meetings, contributing social-emotional insights
- Deliver training to school staff on mental health awareness and prevention
- Maintain thorough case notes and documentation in compliance with school policies
