PreK School Social Worker

Soliant is seeking a dedicated School Social Worker to support preschool students and collaborate with educators, families, and school personnel. This position will play an important role in supporting students' educational, behavioral, and social-emotional needs while contributing to the development of effective interventions and services.

Responsibilities:

• Helping on the Individualized Education Program (IEP) teams and committees
• Collaborate with preschool leaders, teachers, and school personnel
• Analyze Data
• Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs)
• Coordinate with school and community resources to help students, families and the school
• Help with professional development

Requirements:

• Michigan School Social Worker Certification in hand
• Michigan Social Worker License: LLMSW, LMSW, or LCSW
• At least 1 year of experience as a School Social Worker
