Desired Qualifications:
• Licensed as a School Social Worker (LCSW, LISW, or equivalent credentials)
• Experience working in school settings with diverse student populations
• Strong understanding of child and adolescent development
• Familiarity with Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) and 504 plans
• Excellent communication and advocacy skills
• Commitment to fostering a positive, inclusive, and supportive school culture

Key Responsibilities:
• Provide individual and group counseling to students experiencing social, emotional, or behavioral concerns
• Participate in the development and implementation of IEPs and behavior intervention plans
• Serve as a liaison between home, school, and community resources to ensure students’ needs are met
• Conduct assessments and provide crisis intervention when necessary
• Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to promote student well-being and academic success
• Advocate for students’ rights and access to appropriate educational services
