Desired Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited program
• Valid state licensure or eligibility as a School Social Worker
• Previous experience in a K-12 school setting is highly valued

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct one-on-one and group counseling sessions with students facing academic, social, or emotional challenges
• Serve as a liaison between school, home, and community resources to coordinate support services
• Develop individualized intervention plans and crisis response strategies
• Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and other school staff to foster a safe and inclusive learning environment
• Provide training and guidance to staff and caregivers on issues affecting student development
• Document case histories, maintain student records, and contribute to multidisciplinary team meetings
• Uphold confidentiality and ethical best practices at all times
