A school district in the Colorado Springs area is looking for a full-time School Social Worker for the 2026/2027 school year. This on-site position supports students across two elementary schools with an approximate caseload of 45 students and provides services tailored to student needs and educational progress.

Supports at least two elementary schools
Approximate caseload of 45 students
Develop and implement services related to student needs, learning, and progress toward goals
Engage students across diverse needs and ability levels
Adapt services for the benefit of individual students
Maintain appropriate student supervision
Establish and communicate high expectations
Support critical-thinking, problem-solving, and self-advocacy skills
Follow established policies and procedures regarding student health, safety, welfare, and education

Requirements:

Colorado Department of Education (CDE) credential in hand or ability to apply for one
Ability to work on-site across multiple elementary schools
School-based social work experience preferred
