Desired Qualifications & Experience:

• Current LMSW; eligible for supervision toward LCSW
• Prior experience as a school social worker preferred
• Comfortable providing both individual and group counseling
• Skilled in proactive support strategies for student groups
• Strong collaboration, communication, and cultural competency

Primary Responsibilities:

• Facilitate individual and group counseling sessions
• Deliver targeted lessons and interventions to small group or entire grade levels based on identified needs
• Serve as a crisis intervention resource for students and staff
• Collaborate with teachers and administration to develop and monitor support plans
