Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited program
• Valid state licensure as a School Social Worker
• Previous experience providing social work services in a school or educational environment

• Strong documentation, organizational, and case management abilities
• Excellent communication skills with students, staff, and families
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a multidisciplinary team

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess students to identify social, emotional, and behavioral needs
• Provide individual and group counseling for students facing academic or personal challenges
• Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to create and implement support plans

• Lead or participate in meetings, including IEPs and 504 planning
