Qualifications & Experience:

  • Active Social Work License with School Social Worker endorsement (#071) required
  • Previous experience in a school environment preferred

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide individual and group counseling to students
  • Collaborate with educational staff, families, and external agencies to support student needs
  • Develop and implement intervention and prevention strategies addressing behavioral, social, and emotional issues
  • Assist in crisis intervention, serving as a resource for students facing personal or family challenges
  • Contribute to multidisciplinary teams and participate in IEP or 504 meetings as necessary
  • Maintain accurate case records and documentation according to ethical standards
