Key Qualifications:
- Current Colorado Teaching License (CDE)
- SSW or Counselor Endorsement
- Previous experience providing social work services in K-12 educational settings preferred
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Compassionate approach to supporting diverse student needs
Responsibilities:
- Deliver social-emotional support, intervention, and counseling for K-12 students
- Assess individual and group needs and develop tailored support plans
- Partner with educators, families, and support staff to create a positive and inclusive school culture
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary teams
- Maintain accurate, confidential records and document student progress
- Provide crisis intervention and ongoing support for students facing social, emotional, or behavioral challenges
