Social Worker – Full-Time Opportunity

Illinois | Split Between Two School Districts

We are seeking a dedicated and collaborative School Social Worker for a full-time position supporting students across multiple grade levels in two supportive school districts.

Position Details

• Schedule: Full-Time

• Hours: 37.5 hours per week

• Setting: Elementary, Middle, and High School

• Work Environment: Split time between both school sites

Responsibilities

• Complete student evaluations and assessments

• Provide individual, small group, and push-in services

• Conduct socio-emotional observations and support student needs

• Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams, including psychologists and fellow social workers

• Participate in meetings and contribute to student support planning

• Maintain accurate documentation and compliance with district and state requirements

Support & Collaboration

• Work alongside experienced teams of psychologists and social workers

• Special education administrators are located at both school sites

• Strong support system and collaborative environment provided

Requirements

• Active Illinois PEL with School Social Worker endorsement required

• Previous school-based experience preferred

• Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills

Compensation for this position ranges from $34.55 to $54.55. Eligible candidates may also receive healthcare benefits, housing, and meals/incidentals.
