What You’ll Bring:
- Active Illinois Professional Educator License (PEL) with a School Social Worker endorsement
- Previous experience working in schools or with children and adolescents is highly valued
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust with students, staff, and families
- Knowledge of social-emotional learning, crisis intervention, and community resources

Your Role Will Involve:
- Conducting assessments to identify students’ social, emotional, and behavioral needs
- Delivering direct services including counseling, interventions, and crisis support
- Consulting with teachers, administrators, and parents/guardians to design effective support plans
- Facilitating group sessions and classroom-based activities that build social skills and resilience
- Making referrals to community agencies and outside resources as needed
- Keeping thorough documentation in compliance with district, state, and federal guidelines
