School Social Worker

Title: Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) – Full-Time School-Based Position

Near: Oro Grande, CA

Job Type: Contract, Full-Time

Overview: Soliant Education is seeking a dedicated Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join our team for the 2026/2027 school year. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced professional to support students’ emotional, behavioral, and social well-being in a collaborative school-based environment. The district prefers candidates who are already credentialed and ready to begin onboarding quickly. Pay and Benefits:

$50-$55/hr

Requirements:

Active California LCSW licensure required
School-based experience preferred
Already credentialed candidates strongly preferred
Strong communication and collaboration skills
Onsite

Responsibilities:

Provide social-emotional and behavioral support services to students
Collaborate with teachers, families, and support staff
Assist with intervention planning and student support strategies
Maintain appropriate documentation and case notes
Support positive student outcomes within the school setting

Interview Process:

(10-15) minute screening call with a Soliant Education Recruiter
(20-30) minute virtual interview directly with the school
Offer is typically within 24 hours of the virtual interview.

Full-Time

40.00 hours per week
