Minnesota School Social Worker

Position Overview:

Soliant is seeking a dedicated School Social Worker to support students across a K-12 school setting in the Maple Grove, Minnesota area. This role will provide social-emotional support, case management, assessment services, counseling, crisis intervention, and collaboration with students, families, school staff, and community agencies.

Responsibilities:

• Performing assessments
• Assisting with case management duties
• Collaborate with parents, administration, school personnel, etc.
• Attending meetings
• Assisting with crisis interventions

Qualifications:

• Minnesota Social Worker License required
• Minnesota School Social Worker Certification required
