Key Qualifications:

• Active Social Worker (SW) license in Colorado
• Previous experience working in school environments is highly regarded
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to gather, review, and document detailed caseload information
• Passion for assisting students, families, and educators in a collaborative setting

Role Responsibilities:

• Provide individual and group counseling to students, addressing social and emotional concerns
• Gather and maintain accurate caseload details to monitor student progress
• Partner with teachers, counselors, and administrative staff for effective intervention strategies
• Offer crisis intervention and resource referrals as needed
• Support a positive and inclusive school environment through advocacy and consultation
