Required Qualifications:

• Active state license required; LCSW highly preferred (LMSW applicants must have access to a clinical supervisor)
• Previous experience in school settings or working with school-aged children and adolescents preferred
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to manage confidential information with professionalism and sensitivity
• Self-motivated and comfortable navigating both in-person and remote work responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

• Advocate for student success by identifying and addressing social, emotional, and behavioral barriers
• Deliver assessments, interventions, and counseling services to individuals and groups
• Collaborate with educators, families, and community organizations to coordinate support
• Contribute to the development and implementation of Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) as needed
• Maintain accurate documentation and adhere to ethical and legal standards
